What is a typical session like?
I send you a spirituality questionnaire and sometimes a spiritual abuse screener before we book our first session. Today, I’m exclusively doing online sessions on Zoom. In the first session, we decide on a potential strategy for going forward. We decide which issues or struggles to address. I share some tools and practices that may help you in a healing or rebuilding process. During each session, I am like your Sherpa guide, coming along side you, pointing to
potential paths to overcome obstacles and supporting you on your journey to spiritual freedom. I use the experiences and tools “on my back” to guide you along the way. When appropriate, I provide you with a follow-up email with resources, questions, practices, or challenges to work on in between sessions that will help you heal and enrich your spiritual quest.
Fees and Packages
A 50 minute session is $80. You can choose to book a separate session whenever you like or a 3-session package for $210.
